• Step 1: Introductory and acquaintance interview of approx. 30-60 minutes.
  • Step 2: Contract phase: starts with the first meeting in which the objective is determined in a work plan that will be evaluated at the end of the program.
  • Step 3: Execution multiple coachings: duration depends on the request for help and the objectives. After each coaching session, you work out assignments of which the effects and insights are discussed in the next conversation.
  • Step 4: Final evaluation and a ‘rounding off’ session.
